Our Learning Zones
We believe that an experience-rich environment will ignite the child's natural urge to learn. Through play and exposure to various different materials, children learn. This thoughtfully crafted environment is more than just a space; it is a vital element of our educational philosophy. We have carefully designed each area to ensure that children feel comfortable, secure, and eager to explore. So our premises at Mosaic Preschool has separate zones to provide the child with various objects, materials in forms of toys and learning aids, so that the children can engage in play with them and learn.
I Learn Zone

Activities and toys in this area target cognitive, decision making, discipline, social, fine motor skills, and knowledge building.
Activities are arranged in such a way that children can access them easily and can decide what to play with. Children are encouraged to keep back the toys they play with, which inculcates sense of responsibility and organised way of working.
Physical Activity Zone

Children love physical activities. Physical Development is also very crucial part of Holistic Development. We provide a variety of stations to foster physical development. This includes:
-
Soft Gym
-
Driving Track
-
Play Equipment
-
Padded Area
-
Lawn
Reading and Writing Zone

At Mosaic Preschool, we have dedicated writing rooms furnished with comfortable benches and chairs, providing an optimal setting for various educational activities. These rooms are utilized by Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG classes.
Nature Zone

Inculcating love and responsibility towards nature is the need of the day. Let’s start them young!
Our nature zone includes:
-
Chirpy Corne
-
Vegetable and Fruit Garden
-
Sand Pit
-
Water Play
-
Wet & Dry Garbage Segregation
Pretend Play Zone

Here the children engage in self- directed play. Children decide the flow of play amongst themselves.
Teachers sometimes join them for play, but don’t take charge or direct them, they give ample space and independence for the children to decide for themselves and enjoy.
Through this children develop imagination, social skills, vocabulary, and empathy in them.
Exploration Zone

Here children can engage in hands-on activities and explore various learning aids related to the theme (learning topic) for the month. It encourages curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and independent learning through play.
